Required Skills:

• HVAC experience

• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record

• Professional appearance and personality

• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Willingness to learn new skills

• Ability to follow instructions without supervision

• Ability to stay focused and persistently pursue issue to resolution

Responsibilities:

• Installation, repair, maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Keep company truck properly stocked with needed parts

• Efficiently use software to document service calls, provide customer invoices, etc.

• Collect payment from customers for services

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers

• Positive attitude and ambition to succeed

• Operate powered equipment

• May require occasional overnight travel

• Ability to work in tight spaces and heights

• Dependable, reliable, and self-confident
